Raised in Victoria, Marc is a graduate of Lakefield College School and a recipient of the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.

Over the years Marc has served on various Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB) committees and was elected and served as the Board President in 2001. Marc is continually updating his knowledge of the real estate market trends by regularly attending courses taught at the VREB.
Chelsy Manhas
Chelsy brings 15+ years of experience in the hospitality and retail industry. She has a strong understanding of the importance of human connection and prides herself on her expansive network of friends and associates she has developed over the years. Chelsy began her real estate career in 2021 and joined Newport Realty in 2023. An experienced and dedicated Real Estate Agent with over $50 million in real estate transactions. In August 2025 Chelsy was thrilled to join with the Marc Owen-Flood and Associates team.
Chelsy is well-versed on the many hidden treasures of Vancouver Island, specifically Victoria and Cowichan area. She is passionate, dedicated to improving her craft and works hard on behalf of her clients to ensure the best possible experience, in navigating one of life’s biggest purchases.
Chelsy is born and raised on Vancouver Island, attending Cowichan Secondary and completing studies in accounting and finance at Camosun College. She has a true passion for the intricacies of all Victoria offers. In her free time, you will find her exploring Vancouver Island's many trails or beaches with her dog Winnie, camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
In the Community
Marc currently serves as an Honourary Governor with the Victoria Foundation and has also served as Commodore and Chair of the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. Each year he lends his support to the Oak Bay’s ArtsAlive, the VCM Mother’s Day Garden Tour, and the Oak Bay Rotary.
