Tim Taddy
Tim
entered the real estate field in 1980 where, with his strong work
ethic learned from his parents and his personable effective communication
skills, he quickly became a leader.
As result of the diligence and professionalism with which Tim has
attended his clients' real estate needs, he has earned the respect
and recognition of fellow Realtors. Tim holds a number of records
with the Victoria Real Estate Board including:
- Six-time winner for highest number of transactions on the Multiple Listing Service.
- Eight-time winner for the highest volume on the Multiple Listing Service.
- The only realtor in the history of the Victoria Real Estate Board to have won both coveted awards in the same year on three occasions.
He has been featured in many articles and publications over the years, and has given numerous seminars.
After 23 years of marketing homes, Tim's commitment to personal service is unchanged, and judging from the amount of repeat business and referrals from past clients, his commitment has not gone unnoticed. Tim stays close to the market place, balancing his real estate activities equally between seller and buyer clients.
Over the years, Tim has volunteered with a number of community groups, and recently served on the Board of Governors of Glenlyon Norfolk School. Tim and his wife Jane, who have lived in Oak Bay since 1987, have two children who are completing their post secondary education.
